At Shackleton, we are dedicated to providing high-performance apparel that meets your expectations. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
